When you use the “Book a call” form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, the market you're exploring, and any optional notes you choose to add. We don't collect payment details on this site, and you don't need an account to send us an enquiry.

Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information — such as IP address and browser type — for security and reliability. We don't use this to build a profile of you.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't run third-party tracking scripts. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, understand your business ahead of a call, and follow up about a potential pilot. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries you send us, and on consent where it's required for any further contact.

If you engage Egressa for a pilot, we may process business contact information — such as names, job titles, and business email addresses of people at companies you're targeting — on your behalf, to identify and evaluate potential outreach contacts in a new market. That processing is governed by the terms of your specific engagement with us, not by this website policy.

We don't sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate — for example, hosting or email providers — under obligations to keep it confidential, or where we're required to by law.

Because we work across multiple markets, your information may be processed outside your home country. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with applicable data protection law.

We keep enquiry data for as long as it's useful to respond to you or, if we start working together, for the duration of that engagement and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@egressa.ai.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
